From April 15–April 30, 2025, seven University residence halls battled it out to see who can save the most energy and water in the ENERGY STAR® 2025 Battle of the Buildings Energy and Water Conservation Competition. Congratulations to Burton-Judson Courts on winning in both categories! They have reduced water usage by 7.6% and energy usage by 16.4%!

October 2024

From October 15–30, 2024, seven University residence halls battled it out to see who can save the most energy and water in the ENERGY STAR® 2024 Battle of the Buildings Energy and Water Conservation Competition. Congratulation to the winners, Burton-Judson Courts for reducing water usage 18.5% and Renee Granville Grossman for reducing energy usage 8%! Shout out to Snell-Hitchcock for turning it around and Woodlawn for starting strong! Plaque presentation ceremonies coming soon. Thank you to all the students who joined the competition!
