UChicago C.A.R.E.S. campaign to donate Maroon Dollars and Meal Swipes

Beneficiary sign-up drive

UChicago meal plan holders can donate to Community Action Reaching Every Student to help alleviate food insecurity during school breaks when the majority of dining halls are closed and students who remain in Hyde Park may not have a personal kitchen. College students and Grad students can sign up to receive access to the open dining halls and grocery donations. UChicago Dining, in collaboration with Chartwell’s Higher Education and with the gracious support of our students on meal plans, offers sustenance to both undergraduate and graduate students who may face hunger or opt to skip meals during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks.
